My journey with Finch started with a phone conversation with Ethan Folwell and his manager, Callum Holder, who took me through all the journey. At some point, Dyanne Worle, Ferdie Kotze and Jake Stevens came into the picture. THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING!!
I called Finch this morning, after collecting my car yesterday to ask about the correct SD Card to buy for my Navigation, Dyanne Worle frankly informed me that CINCH will send the SD card to me. She confirmed that I wasn't supposed to buy it myself. The SD card has been put in the post immediately. Super company with great integrity!!!.
When I went to pick my car yesterday, I found out that the windscreen had a tiny dent. Probably happened where it was parked. The Staff who handed the car to me said that I could go to Halford to have them use a windscreen chip to smoothen the glass. I went straight to Halford in Corby, 5 minutes to their office and had it done. I informed CINCH this morning and they asked me to post the receipt. The refund of £45 which I used to fix the windscreen has been processed already and sent to my account.
I mean, I searched for a car for over 5 months and would have been scammed twice, by car thieves who are now all over the country, selling stolen cars. I was afraid to buy from any dealer, after that experience until I came across CINCH by chance online. They not only have the car that I wanted but also the colour that I wanted which I could not find easily except with those that wanted to scam me. I gave them a call and I lack the words to express the kind of service I received from then until today. The car was reserved for me and when my bank delayed while carrying out security check to ensure it was me trying to pay, which is great though, Ethan an Callum extended the reservation until I finished my security check with the bank.
MY ADVICE - Make sure you get their 'FAFF' free services and MOT. They also give you 14 days cooling off period and if you don't like the car, you will have your money back immediately. I mean. where is this done????. I decided to go to Corby and collect my car so I can do a very long distance test drive. I did and the car is sound. Otherwise, they would have come to my house to drop it for a fee but I needed that check myself so went to pick it by myself and no issues.
